GUESTROOM IS FINISHED - DAS GÄSTEZIMMER IST FERTIG

BEFORE

All our guests who stayed in our house before had to sleep in the room that lookd like this. It was not sooner than December when we finally could finish it just in time before Christmas.

VORHER

Bisher haben alle unsere Gäste in diesem Zimmer übernachten müssen , das immer noch so provisorisch eingerichtet war. Doch endlich noch kurz vor Weihnachten schafften wir es , den Raum fertig zu gestalten.

AFTER

I painted a sheet of plywood and used it for a headboard . The shelf above allows me to change the pictures frequently. And I really like my quilt but perhaps I have to find a better matching colour for sheets and pillows.

DANACH

Als Rückenteil habe ich eine Holzwand angemalt, dann darüber ein Brett instaliert, weil ich gerne die Bilder mal auswechsel. Mein Quilt auf dem Bett gefällt mir gut , doch die Bettwäsche könnte eine passendere Farbe haben.


The room is really small and the king size bed leaves no room for a bedside table. 2 glass panels attached to the headboared was the solution.
Der Raum ist wirklich sehr schmal und das große Doppelbett läßt keinen Platz für einen Nachtisch. Deshalb waren 2 Glassscheiben von Obi, die direkt ans Holz befestigt wurden, eine gute Lösung.
